This is a tutorial to make your own costum 404 error page for when a viewer goes to a page that does not exist on your website.
I'm pretty sure this only works in firefox! Internet Explorer does not work for this.
Open up your editing software (photoshop, pant shop pro, etc.) and make your image. Here is an example.
Now upload it to tinypic, photobucket, etc. and copy the direct link url/ link for layouts.
Paste the image url, your website url, and put in your choice of color in this code:
Now make a new file on your FTP program called 404.shtml. It must be called that or it wont work!
Save it and it should work! To test it out just put a random link like
http://www.yourdomain.com/asdfrandom and you should get this.
